PEE WEE Program Information

PEE WEE PROGRAM: Designed for our younger students of ages 4, 5 & 6. Our Pee Wee class is an action packed 45 minute lesson. Our curriculum is designed to challenged and reward each and every student with a course that balances both the important physical and mental aspects of martial arts training that are vitally important and unique to children of this age bracket.

Instruction is geared to the establishment of basic martial arts skills such as stances, blocking and simple striking applications. Our Pee Wee students are taught basic escapes from various holds/grabs.

Most importantly our Pee Wee students are taught the proper values of what true martial arts is really about and we explain this to them in simple terms that are easily understood and we have been doing this quite successfully for over 25 years.

The core mental principles of Effort, Etiquette, Respect, Sincerity and Self Control are weaved into every aspect of every class

JUNIORS Program Information

JUNIORS PROGRAM: Designed for our students of ages 7 - 10. Our juniors class is an action packed one hour lesson. Our curriculum is designed to challenged and reward each and every student with a course that balances both the important physical and mental aspects of martial arts training that are vitally important and unique to children in this age bracket.

TEENS PROGRAM: Designed for our students of ages 11 - 15. Our Teens class is an action packed one hour lesson. Our curriculum is designed to challenged and reward each and every student with a course that balances both the important physical and mental aspects of martial arts training that are vitally important and unique to young adults.

Instruction is geared to the establishment of basic martial arts skills such as stances, blocking and simple striking applications. Our Teen students are taught basic escapes from various holds/grabs. Most importantly our Teen students are taught the proper values of what true martial arts training is really about and we explain this to them in terms that are easily understood and we have been doing this quite successfully for over 25 years.

Young adults face many new physical and mental challenges in today’s ever changing and fast paced world. We strive to instill our Teen students with the physical and mental tools to lead them on a positive path forward into adulthood.

ADULT Program Information

Our Adults class is an action packed one hour lesson. Our curriculum is designed to challenged and reward each and every student with a course that balances both the important physical and mental aspects of martial arts training that are vitally important and unique to adults of any age.

Our program is tailored to each person and you move at your own pace. The only person you compete against is the person who you were yesterday. Instruction is geared to the establishment of basic martial arts skills such as stances, blocking and simple striking applications. Our Adult students are taught basic escapes from various holds/grabs. Most importantly our Adult students are taught what true martial arts training is really about and we explain this in terms that are easy to grasp and we have been doing this successfully for over 25 years.

Adults today face many new physical and mental challenges in our ever changing and fast paced world. We strive to instill our students with the physical and mental tools to lead them on a positive path of life’s journey.
